In addition to routine office cleaning, we provide carpet cleaning, floor care and specialty cleaning services. We get to know our tenants' needs and take pride in meeting those needs. Picotte specializes in tenant satisfaction – which includes the installation of sophisticated energy management systems that not only reduce wear and tear on office space, but help save customers money by increasing efficiency.
