Picotte Vice President Named BOMA’S ‘Member of Year' January 13, 2010 Joseph Miller, Picotte vice president of asset management, was recognized at the second annual TOBY Award dinner at the Desmond Hotel, Colonie, for his exemplary service to BOMA-CR. He served as vice president of the organization, chaired the program committee and serves on its board of directors.
Mr. Miller, of Brunswick, joined Picotte in 1993 as the property manager for Corporate Woods Office Park in Colonie, and in 2001 was named vice president of asset management, overseeing Picotte’s portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of first-class office space in Albany, Colonie and Schenectady. Founded in 1933, Picotte is a full-service commercial real estate development and property management firm and is headquartered at 20 Corporate Woods Blvd., Albany.
He is a graduate of SUNY/ Empire State College with a B.S. in business management and economics.
