John D. Picotte

Chairman
John is chairman of The Picotte Companies, bringing more than 30 years of experience in real estate development and management. He also sits on the boards of both Albany Medical Center and Siena College, and has received such honors as Realtor of the Year in Albany County and Citizen of the Year in Northeastern New York. John attended Georgetown University where he majored in business administration.

Michael B. Picotte

President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael serves as president and chief executive officer of The Picotte Companies. He is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of the Harvard University Owner and President Management Program. Michael is a trustee of Villanova University and a member of World Presidents' Organization. He has received the National Business Leadership Award from Junior Achievement and has been honored by Who's Who in America.

Nancy E. Carey Cassidy

Nancy E. Carey Cassidy

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Nancy is responsible for strategic planning and operational oversight of The Picotte Companies. Nancy was formerly the company's executive vice president and director of development, responsible for all aspects of real estate development, land acquisition, site and building design, municipal approvals, construction and leasing. Nancy holds a bachelor's degree from the College of New Rochelle and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Nancy is a member of the board of directors of the NYS Thruway Authority, a member of the board of directors of Albany Medical Center and a member of the Key Bank Albany District Advisory Board. She serves on the board and Executive Committee of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce.

William Picotte

William B. Picotte

Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing
Bill is responsible for the sales and leasing of commercial properties for The Picotte Companies. Bill brings more than 25 years of experience to the company, backed by professional associations that include the National Association of Realtors, the Building Owners & Managers Association and the New York State Association of Realtors®. Bill holds a bachelor's degree from the College of Holy Cross. He remains active in a variety of community and civic organizations, including The Albany Academy and Junior Achievement.

Robert J. Daly

Robert J. Daly

Chief Financial Officer
Bob is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, controls, evaluation and interpretation, tax administration, governmental reporting, and protection of Picotte's assets. Prior, he acted as vice president and chief financial officer of Touhey & Associates in Albany. He has served on the board of the Capital District YMCA and is also a board member of Senior Services of Albany. Bob holds a bachelor's degree from Pace University. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.

Joseph Miller

Joseph T. Miller

Vice President, Asset Management
Joe is responsible for long-term planning in the areas of real estate asset management, construction and housekeeping services for all Picotte properties. Prior, he served as property manager for the company's Corporate Woods Office Park. Joe earned a bachelor's degree from Empire State College in business management and economics. He serves on the Commercial Services board of the Center for the Disabled in Albany.
