Picotte Employee Awards Luncheon
More than 70 employees attended the annual Picotte employee awards luncheon held recently at the Wolfert's Roost Country Club, Menands. The event honors employees with five or more years of service. Three employees received Employee Recognition awards and the Employee of the Year was named.
The Employee of the Year Award was instituted in 1996 in memory of Lee Bolduc, Building Superintendent in Corporate Woods. The award is given to the employee that meets all the qualities which Lee exemplified: honesty, reliability and dedication. All employees are eligible for the award and any employee can nominate a co-worker.
Joseph P. Kelley, Manager of Tenant Services, received this year's Employee of the Year Award. Joe also celebrated his 30th anniversary with the Picotte Companies.
The Employee Recognition Program acknowledges the outstanding and exemplary efforts of Picotte employees. Employees nominated their co-workers for their attention to customer service and satisfaction, cooperative nature, thoughtfulness and creativity.

This year's recipients of Employee Recognition Awards are Ann Haas, Housekeeping Supervisor; Chuck Mattoon, Maintenance Helper; and Michele King, Senior Field Operations Manager.
